HP Printer Printing Blank Pages — How to Fix
If your HP printer is printing blank or empty pages, here's what's causing it and how to fix it.
Common causes:
Empty or low ink cartridges
Clogged printheads
Incorrect paper settings
Corrupted print driver
Fixes to try:
Check ink levels:
Open HP Smart or the HP printer software
Check ink levels — replace any empty or very low cartridges
Clean the printhead:
Go to your HP printer settings on your computer
Find Printer Maintenance or Tools
Click Clean Printhead — run it 2-3 times
Print a test page after each clean
Check paper settings:
Make sure the paper size and type in your print settings match what's loaded in the tray
Reinstall the driver:
Uninstall the HP printer software and reinstall from support.hp.com
