  • Print queue is stuck or frozen

  1. Restart your HP printer and computer

  2. Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers → right-click your HP printer → select "See what's printing" → cancel all jobs

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the HP printer driver from hp.com/support

  5. Check ink levels and replace any empty cartridges
